The Artist

My name is Hunter, and I’m from Calgary, Alberta. I was born and raised on a ranch just south of the city! As an aspiring tattoo artist, I’m passionate about creating meaningful tattoos that tell a story and leave a lasting impression. My primary focus is black and grey realism and neo-traditional tattooing, blending clean composition, strong contrast, and meticulous attention to detail to create timeless pieces that clients can be proud to wear for life. I’m dedicated to continually refining my skills, pushing my creativity, and growing as an artist while staying true to my own style.

Tattoo Aftercare

Follow these steps to ensure your new tattoo heals properly and looks its best for years to come.

1

Leave the Bandage On

Keep the initial bandage on for 2-4 hours after your session. Your artist will let you know the exact time based on your tattoo.

2

Wash Gently

After removing the bandage, wash the tattoo gently with lukewarm water and fragrance-free antibacterial soap. Pat dry with a clean paper towel.

3

Moisturize

Apply a thin layer of fragrance-free moisturizer or tattoo aftercare ointment 2-3 times daily. A little goes a long way.

4

Let It Peel

Your tattoo will start to peel and flake after a few days. This is normal! Never pick, scratch, or peel the flaking skin.

5

Protect from Sun

Keep your new tattoo out of direct sunlight for at least 2-3 weeks. Once healed, always apply SPF 30+ sunscreen to keep colors vibrant.

6

Avoid Soaking

No swimming pools, hot tubs, baths, or saunas for at least 2-3 weeks. Quick showers are fine.
